What is your warranty?

MidMod warranties all their pool products for 6 months.  


For the original purchaser the MidMods Warranty covers material defects and defects in workmanship. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, typical decay, extreme exposure to the elements (for example, the natural breakdown of colors), misuse, neglect, and defects caused by failure to follow the MidMods care guidelines or other improper uses.


NOTE: Leaky AirFloats are not covered unless it is a manufacturing defect. Since leaks can be caused by all manner of normal use - We have included repair kits for home DIY repairs. 


ANOTHER NOTE: We have the right to repair or replace the product.  If we are unable to do either, we’ll issue a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new MidMods product. 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country.

Damage to a product not covered by Warranty may qualify for repair at a reasonable rate.
