How do I make a return?

All purchases made at MidMods.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund, all returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories. The goal is to give our customers an opportunity to try out the float at home (not beat it up on an overnight river float trip!)


Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.  


After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of MidMods. A restocking fee may apply.

If you’d like to make a return or exchange please contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).


If the reason for return is not a result of a MidMods error, shipping costs, if any, incurred by MidMods may be deducted from your refund. If the returned products are not in new, re-sellable condition - a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care.


After the package arrives at our warehouse please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to your card. As soon as the return is processed you’ll get an email or text confirmation.


If you'd like to exchange your items for something else please return them to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.


MidMods can generate return labels for you to print, or we can send them to you, or you can use a shipper of your choice. When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that MidMods cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. 


Please print your RMA clearly on the shipping label. Thank you!


LAST MINUTE CHANGES

If you have changed your mind or made an incorrect choice and have paid already, chances are good your order is already being prepared for shipment. Please try to cancel your order immediately. If your item hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will be treated as a Return.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be processed as a return.

Items can run out of stock or be discontinued without warning, and we may not be able to fulfill orders for that item. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays, stock shortages or discontinued items.
